Nexus — POS and loyalty, built for operators with more than one counter

Most POS systems in Singapore price and report per outlet. Open a second shop and you get a second island: two sets of reports, two customer lists, and a regular who visits both looks like two strangers. Nexus is built the other way round.

The idea

POS is per outlet. Loyalty is per brand.

01

One customer, however many doors

Customers are held at company level, not at the till. Someone who buys at your Selegie shop and your Robinson Road stand is one person with one balance — not two accounts that never meet.

02

You choose the shape

One points balance pooled across all your brands, a separate balance per brand, or a mix of both. That is a setting, not a custom build and not a quotation.

03

We build it and we run it

The same team that wrote it operates it in production. No hand-off to a support queue that has never seen the code.

What it does

On the counter, and behind it

01

Point of sale

Full till on a tablet. Tap-to-pay, multiple printers, QR ordering from the table, and reports per outlet so a junior manager can read their own shop without reading everyone else's.

02

Loyalty

Customer wallet, stamp cards, points, birthday bonus and referrals. Priced for the brand, so opening a third outlet does not open a third loyalty programme.

03

Payments, itemised

The payment provider's rate plus our platform fee — 0.50% at the counter, 0.40% online — always shown as its own line. Never blended into the software price.

Pricing

Published, because you should not have to ask

01

POS — S$50 per outlet / month

Capped at S$200 per brand per month, however many outlets you open. The fifth shop and the ninth shop cost the same as the fourth: nothing.

02

Loyalty — S$80 per brand / month

Standard, up to 5,000 active members. Pro at S$180 adds tiers, campaigns and export. Bundle POS and Loyalty for 10% off; annual prepay is two months free.

03

Groups — capped for the company

Three brands or more under one company: POS capped at S$600, and loyalty capped at S$400 on Standard or S$800 on Pro, for the whole group. It is a cap, so you are billed the lower of the group price and your per-brand total — never more.

Hardware: a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro, roughly S$650, bought once. No payment terminal rental, no printer rental, no lock-in contract.

Straight answers

What Nexus does not do

01

Wholesale and B2B invoicing

If your wholesale accounts and invoices live somewhere else, they stay there. We are the retail counter and the customer side, not your B2B ledger.

02

Time-scheduled menus

If your menu changes from cafe to bar at a set hour, today that is a manual switch on the tablet, not an automatic one.

03

Member limits, honestly

The 5,000-member ceiling on Loyalty Standard is checked by hand at renewal, not metered live in the product. We would rather write that here than have you discover it.

We would rather run a live transaction on your counter than show you slides. Pick a quiet hour and we will bring the tablet. Email lim@next3labs.com or use the contact page.
